I don't think it's about Weapon X. This series stopped actually being about Weapon X after the first arc or so and just ended up being the Wolverine series. The name just remained.
I really hope this will be good.

How should nightcrawler return?
Weapon X #16 seems to indicate that Kurt stays dead. The Drastic Spastic wrote:Hope is going to bring him back from the dead at the end of this storyline.
I don't like this idea at all and hope it's wrong.

Weapon X Noir Previews (stars Kurt)
This friendship is well written about in canon and other verses. Ultimate X-Men had Kurt's intro based in Weapon-X (an amazing escape scene), and Millar was sure to include Logan being able to relate to Kurt being treated differently for his appearance/abilities, and being made into a weapon becaus...

Then there's a fire, for no apparent reason other than, as the book states: "there is always fire". I think the implication was that Margali started the fire, or told one of her kids to do it. Why? To make a big light so the bad guys could find him? Brilliant plan, lady. She was probably ...

How is he the most likely candidate? I thought the person had white skin and a watch? No, that's another body. One of the New Mutants is supposed to get injured, which is probably why Sam is there watching the operation and musing about leadership. I don't think it's an autopsy, because I don't see...

Thank you for the screen shots, but I still make the argument that I don't see Cable anywhere here. Bobby, Mags, and Logan. Oh, he was in there, alright. He had a scene with Hope, where they were trying out guns. If you keep reading the thread, they're talking about the scene. Further evidence that...

He might be the later death, but he's definitely not the first one. He was in the Second Coming Prepare one-shot, which took place after the first death, and he's also mentioned in solicits afterwards.Ult_Sm86 wrote:It's so Cable....

Kurt got decent screen time and good portrayal in DoomWar #1 and 2, so I suggest you all check that out. The art and writing is really good overall. Further, Kurt appeared in Wolverine: Weapon X #11 as the designated driver on Captain America's and Logan's international pub crawl. (In return, Logan ...

Chuck, thankfully is done. And they did mention it, you're right. Strange, they had done such a good job not doing so. Kurt also says he's the "son of a demon" in X-Infernus. All I know is that this left me a bit confused. Did anyone else spot "doc mojo" ? or was I hallucinating...

I second this. I'm more bothered by Kurt/Amanda than The Draco. It's played such a large part in his history, though, that we'll probably have to keep living with it.Angelique wrote:I hope it retcons out the Kurt-Amanda romance, because it doesn't appear to downplay the creepily close familial relationship.

I think that was mentioned as something to come out in March 2010. Hey, it's March now! Anyone know anything else about this? It's scheduled for March 24. Just wanted to say hi. Been gone for a year or so. Still hoping for Kurt to be used the way he should. I haven't been collecting as much lately. X-Men Legacy #232 - This is not good news.
I doubt he's going to die in X-men Legacy. If he did, it would have been hyped in the solicits to no end, to get more people to buy the issue.
I'd be more worried about him being the much-hyped death in Second Coming.

Hurray for nagging fans!!! Looks like people have finally started to realize that Kurt has a following! But still, those looks of disgust... I'm hoping he said something about acceptance and forgiveness and the X-Men just can't handle it. Nah, it's just a repeat of the last scene from the previous ...

What Nightcrawler is actually doing is both better and worse than what is shown on the cover. Nightcrawler is travelling with Charles Xavier to find Magneto. This is better than running around in the tunnels because it puts Nightcrawler in the front row for the next plot when they do find Magneto. ...

who would be your fave Nightcrawler and any X-women couple?
What's really, really scary (I was thinking about this last night) is that if you take out the whole "not insanely messed up" part and the fact that he's not a girl......... Logan actually fits almost all of my criteria! Think about it: A) He's not Kurt's half sister. :P B) He respects Ku...

Does Marvel fear Nightcrawler?
You know what? It was excessive darkness, drama, and angsty action and not enouvh action of the fun or even flat-out awesome Nightcrawler variety that caused me to drop a lot of books, including my former favorite, Uncanny. If DRAMA and (non-Nightcrawler) ACTION are what sells comics, I'm not buyin...
