Paty I am so very sorry. I'm still in shock from the news. Dave was a one of a kind very wonderful man and I will miss him very much. Please take care and email me if you just need to talk. Going through the aftermath of losing a loved one is grueling
Hugs

Dave I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. There really are no comforting words that I know that will ease the pin of losing a parent . My thoughts are with you and your family.

Hey Dave sorry about your eyes, I'm kind of in the same boat, which is why I don't post much any more. Eye strains a killer. I'm not eligible for the laser surgery because of a thin cornea. I hope that the next surgery clears up your vision. The only thing I can say about arthritis is that it stinks...

Yeah, I left the canyons after some brilliant guy set his own horse ranch on fire and blamed his Mexican hired help to get the insurance money or something like that. We all had to be evacuated. I don't like fires. Not fun. Ok, here is a good question for you, left over from All Hallows Eve, if you ...

The road house was/is at Trancus canyon, I had to poke my brain with a stick for a while to remember. I always wanted to write an X tale in the canyons or much better yet have Chris and Dave create one!!! The canyons are a wild, weird sort of magical place and I would not have been surprised to run ...

I lived in Topanga Canyon in the early 80's and it is indeed easy to end up in someones living room or back yard LOLOL!!! I lived below a person that could pull off the most magnificent Tarzan call I've ever heard. We used to terrify our young silly selves by driving past the Manson Family mansion.....

Snakes... You can just say that one word and it's a sure bet that at least half of the people within earshot will sprain something jumping and looking around for the dreaded beast. So we had family staying over a few weeks ago and it was early morning when my beloved mate asked the question "Ho...

I was raised Catholic/Presbyterian (sp?) and some how survived the experience. I have been called a "Gaea-ist" by some people and a God-less heathen by others. I am of the wait and see crew, sort of Gnostic I guess. I am more spiritual than religious, I guess I'm kind of a nature/life wors...

I've considered for a while now whether or not I should post here. iIve been in message board exile myself for over a year due to my health.
