Speculative X3 Costume Sketch

Hey, that's really good. I like how you kept some of the elements of the original Kurt costume in there... throwbacks make me really happy. Kinda like how they let Storm have a cape in the movieverse. I was quite pleased. And it looks so professional, like it's really a design from the movie. Really...

:LOL SO clever. SO clever. And I love the expressions conveyed with the action figures... especially Stomr's swishing her hair. Just ingenious! :LOL

Oh, man. That backscratch one is the sweetest thing. I LOVE it. Especially because I, too, enjoy a good backscratch... :D

And do, do make that thread! If it's not already made! It would be GREAT...

Movie-verse One-shot (Fabrizio's Letter)

Aw, what a nice short story. And what an in-character thing of Kurt to do. It was also cool that you focused on such a minor character. At least, minor in the movie sense... I haven't read the X2 novel in its entirety yet. :) Willkommen to the board!

As for the Alan list... I've only a few of those, smiling when he comes onstage/screen and correcting those who pluralize his name. :) I did rent Emma, though, just to see his part in it. ;)

Music

I LOVE movie scores. Beware, this is a long post. :D Yes, the X2 soundtrack is the score from X2, as in a collection of the movie's orchestral incidental music. The X2 score was composed by John Ottman. I think it's rather good - not my favorite movie score, but it has some awesome moments. When I s...

AwwWWW. ::continues waving "BlueFooted for Prez" flag :: Your stuff is just... beyond words. The style is so different, and you put so much effort into filling up the whole area. I love how I can look at your pictures and notice such details like the bookmarked Bible next to the bed, and t...

Hey, I like your cartoon style. You kept some key features in there and exaggerated them nicely, like a caricature-ist. :) Post some more! If you're not proud of this one, I can't wait to see what your drawings look like when you ARE proud of them... :D

Ah, I, too, enjoy the shading. I can't do pencil works very well. I think I've done a grand total of 2 that were somewhat decent. :D And yeah, he's definitely ticked about something. ("Why... did you wake me up early... on a SATURDAY?!" ) He almost looks like a cross between himself and Lo...

Woah. Your textures and colors, and the fact that you fill up all the space (I can NOT do that, backgrounds are the bane of my existence) is mindboggling. I also have to say, I'm not a particular fan of Movie Kurt/Movie Storm, but for a brief moment as I viewed your picture of their kissing, I was. ...

Nightcrawler or not Nightcrawler

I like the idea of Nightshade. Makes me think about the Nightmare Before Christmas, it does.

I think if it were left to his own devices, he'd name himself after some Biblical figure or reference. I just can't think of any fitting ones at the moment... can anyone else?

Hey, thanks Sorte Springer! :) That made me feel good inside. And I really appreciate the "sad song" comment... I do know what you mean. I adore the power of sad, but beautiful, songs... and to be compared to them is really an honor. I thank you again, and for all the other kind words. :)

Nightcrawler in the poetry book

Heehee... witty indeed. :) As for poetry books, I've seen things like them. I once had a group journal that I and a few friends passed around every couple of days - we filled out our mood at the moment, the day's important events, secrets, and there was even a little space for drawings. I love the p...

Though the actual black and white drawing is kinda... scary...? :D Just my opinion. And I know you didn't draw it, so... yeah. I'll stop rambling. ::thumbs up::
