Does anyone know an X-men Site...

Thanks, guys, but I was really looking for a kind of glossary by powers; ie. something like:

Telepathy - Prof X, Jean Grey, Psylocke, Emma Frost, etc.
Super Strength - Colossus, Beast, Thunderbird, etc.

Tho, the strength class thing at the marvel directory helps some!

Yeah... I can't make that connection either. Could you explain a little more? I loved the Poptopia arc, except for the art in the last part. It was much too stylized for my tastes.

Does anyone know an X-men Site...

That has a fairly comprehensive list of mutants by their powers? I'm thinking of making one for use in an RP I'm running, but if there's already one out there, I'd rather take the lazy path.

Which gender is the more powerful of the x-men?

616 Kurt can do that as well, it's just that he doesn't, as he's got more morals than Kurt Darkholme did. He did, however, use that tactic to bamf the head off of some sentinal.

I hope so! I really liked
the last scene, where Beast asked if the cure worked. I think it is the response he should have, both as a geneticist and as someone looking for a cure for his secondary mutation.
I absolutely loved it. but all those falls spidey took... they made me cringe! Anyone else catch the Stan Lee cameo? I told my brother about it, but he was to engrossed in the movie to listen to me. I loved
Both Kitty&Lockheed scenes. Both the x-dragon bit and the part where the reporters asked her about "the nature of her relationship with the bat".
I'm so glad Kitty's Whedon's favorite; I identify with her the most, so I like seeing her getting all these good bits!

They know you so well, Paty! Seriously, though, it looks awesome. I just have this mental image of you commanding Pinkletoes to do your bidding... "Go forth! Lord Magneto demands it!"

Is Xavier a .... or what? * title edited by a mod*

Well, within the storyline... the prof needed to recruit mutants that had control over their powers already, and knew how to use them. Storm was using her powers as a goddess, Banshee'd fought the x-men before (i think), Sunfire was working as a superhero in japan, Wolverine was doing the same in Ca...

Who *Was* that masked man?!

I say "other." My pet theory is that he was impersonated by a high grade metamorph. That would explain how noone was able to tell Xorn was Magneto, nor that Magneto was not the real Magneto... the impersonator was able to mimic both Mags' and Xorn's scent (to hide from Wolvie) and their brain activi...

Originally posted by BH123 I always saw Claremont's backstory as an explanation for why Magneto did what he did. I certainly don't see it as any sort of justification. If anything, it makes his actions worse, because he willingly became the exact sort of genocidal tyrant that destroyed his family. ...

well, that's because midnighter makes *everyone* look like a pansy. -- Except for Hawksmoor. He kicks arse; "You realize you're talking to a man with a human head in his hands who has every intention of using it to beat these people to death?" I think he might count in the "skilled fighter" category...

Indeed, Panz... Veeeery Interesting. *ponders deviously* Although, I was reading Interview with Chuck Austin and he talks about Marvel's decision to bring back both Mags and Xorn. Ok, so this is getting a bit controversial, but I did want to comment on the idea that this issue was inaccessable to the new reader. I started reading the x-men not long ago, after all the hype around the first movie reminded me of how much I loved the animated series when I was young. The first is...
