I agree with taekwondodo. Kurt does look kind of pissed. But I do like how they still have the red strip on his uniform (look at his shoulder)

i'm all for a Kuroro relationship in X3. If they do have halle berry, she kinda needs to lighten up a bit. I didn't find her too convincing as a weather goddess. Alan was perfect. Mrs. Berry could use a little work.

they probably borrowed the set from another movie. there are a lot of movies with the white house in them. 20th Century Fox might keep it stored somewhere until they need it.
