I am mixed happy and sad. I am sad becuase it is over, yet happy because it was so well done while it lasted. And I loved the last panel, it brought some closer to all the tension that has been running between them thrughout the series (even if nothing comes form it).

I feel your pain, end of term is never fun. Good luck and try to remember that it will all be over soon!

The BBC version was great! I have very fond memories of watching it with my mom and my brother. I am so looking forward to this movie! Now if only they would make a movie of Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy, then I would be really happy.

Nocturn is deffiately one of the coolest "new" (new as in the last 5 years) characters created. I lost all interest in reading Exiles after she left, and am overjoyed that she will be in a regular series now. I hope they do more with her relationship to her "parents." Anyone else...

I am afraid that I have always found Sinister overrated as well....though I did like the ultimate universes take on him.

I can find rootbeer at the import store, but they only sell A&W which I don't like as much (I prefer Barques or Thomas Kemper) and it is very expensive. I normally can content myslelf with waiting for my once a year trip back to the states to get my rootbeer fix, or when a friend/family memeber ...

I just think the look and the camera angles and all that were much more interesting in the third....but thats not to say that I did not like the 4th, I just think the third one was better done.

I enjoyed the new movie a lot as well, but i just don't think it was as good as the third (though that might have to do with the fact that the third is my favorite of the books).

Hurray for kitties! I normally get the bf to trim Sambuca's nails (you can see a pic of her when she was a kitten in my avatar). Thats awesome! I may be moving to that neck of the woods (Victoria) as well if I get acceptted in the PhD program. I love the northwest, it is really beautiful and one of my favorite places in the world. I wish you viel glück--the job sounds really cool!

Favoite food: Pasta (in its many forms) has got to be my favorite food. Though I do have a passion for mexican, thai, japanese, and indian. Favorite drink: non alcholic it is either cranberry juice or rootbeer (probably partially because both are difficult to find here). Alcholic it is probably gluh...

I am a once in a while poster, but at least I am not a one time poster......sorry There are only so many boards that I have time to be active on, but Ido really appreciate this one.
