Nightcrawler/Religious & Spiritual Discussion
The necassary belife to be Christian is that Christ died for our sins. By essence I meant beyond that belife, the way of life that Christians are supposed to lead. Jesus even says that when you help your fellow man you help him. (very Paraphrased.) I can't belive that god would turn his back on an A...

New Excalibur series!
Warren in Excalibur will be awsome. Is it just me though, or did Bishop used to be a way cooler charicter than he is now. If anyone "falls into a firey pit of no escape", in my opinion it's him, not Paige!!! I love that Sage and Storm are going to Uncanny. It's just not the same without St...

and a new yet old charicter...? Now that I know that Captain Britian's in, and that he won't be stealing any of the Cap's thunder, this is making me very curiouse. Is it Captain Britian but not the origional? I like quicksilver, but I really don't like him and Wanda both being Avengers at the same t...

That's the reason that I feel that good works are more important than faith when it comes to the Hevan and Hell issue. I don't think God will favor the belivers who didn't act apon their faith over the non-belivers that acted with a good heart. People often say that Catholics stress behavior and cha...

Uh, no offense to anyone, but I think that's kinda lame. It sounds like he's there for an easy out if they need one. I guess I just like more well definded charicters. And why does he tape the missions?

Yes but they don't have their powers in the first issue. They're only in middle school I belive, maybe highschool. So it's just plain old Reed Richards, Sue and Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm. The first issue was just and intro to the charicters. It was really well done though, I highly recomend the se...

GEEE. That's tough... It's not like the Phoenix has an edge at all. Hehehe. Yeah, I just don't even think that would be fair. She'd tear up.

Can pyro control heat though? Torch doesn't just control his flames but he can controll how hot he burns. Even if Pyro could control him and is immune to flames, Torch could just melt him. He was worried about hurting soldiers soley by burning too hot in a recent issue, so I'm sure he could. The tor...

Is anyone here into FF? They have a really great story line going right now that is almost unbelivable. [spoiler] I can't belive Nick had them kill Ben!!! I can't wait to see what they encounter in the after life trying to get him back. And is it just me or has Reed pretty much completely lost it. [...

Salvation Army also has a drug rehab program and gives jobs and homes to recovering users and homeless people. There's a few private missions in my town with this program also. I very much agree that's how people should convert others (if at all). Help them to improve their lives and set a good exam...

VanGough didn't actually cut off his entire ear. After a heated argument with Gougan, in which VanGough cahsed him around with a knife, he cut off the lobe of it. Then he carried into town wrapped in a hankerchife and gave it to a prostetute that he was infatuated with.

The Avengers have had about a thousand Members. I'm not even going to try and give you all of them. I would love if since they're using the pheonix they bring back Mastermind. I was so dissapointed when he "died". Of course I'm hoping it was one wicked illusion. That would allow him to come back and use jean as his puppet, which would also allow the HFC tie-ins. This in turn would have a...

I like it. It has a different feel to it than alot of pics. I kinda like him that thin, though I've never pictured him that way. There's something boyish about it. His face reminds me a little bit of the Joker though. I think it's the smile.

Ohhh!!! I was wondering about what the deal with her arms was. This makes so much more sence now. It still struck me as an errie resemblance though that she had red skin and yellow eyes. I will admit that I'm a huge Classic film nerd and sometimes come off as pretentious on the topic. That being said, I love Matthew Broderick but remaking the Music man was a mistake. I bought an issue of X-Statix and I was really suprized by it. Every time I've seen it in stores I thaught it looked really really stupid. I really loved it though.
