Toad has very clear dark eyes, very liquid, much like Ray Park's in the movie. Otherwise, I imagine he doesn't look too much out of the ordinary. Everything I've seen of him in the comics mainly shows him looking weird because he distorts his face with hateful looks and wears medieval style clothing.
