I think introducing Gwen could create an interesting love triangle between her, Peter, and MJ. Plus, I don't think that she has to be killed off. If the writers wanted Gwen to be a main character, then they could incorporate the death of Capt. Stacy (since Doc Ock is going to be in the movie). Gwen ...

I don't want the Spidey movies to go that route either, Hsu. I think two or more villians would weigh the story down and shift focus away from Spidey. I think having questions is perfectly normal when trying to discover your beliefs...as long as you seek the answers to those questions. The original faith-driven, fun-loving, swashbuckling, oh-so-charming Kurt gets my vote. That's the version I came to know and love... and still love today.

I think the variations on Kurt's character and personality are interesting, but the original will always be my fave.

I am so excited that Kitty showed up in this month's Ultimate X-Men! It'll be interesting to see how they write her in the Ultimate continuity.

I vote for the switcheroo too! And I agree that with Alan Cumming in the role, Kurt will probably have a substantial role in the movie...just hoping that it's done properly.
