There's not a way around it, but they're not turning off their entire security. Just one small part of the Ad Blocking part. If I can find a way to make a specific exception, I'll post it.

I wasn't seeing it for a while because I had NIS... Northstar's Love, if you have Norton Internet Security (just guessing) you should turn off banner blocking. It misfires on these. Other software might do the same. And it looks fine in my Firefox; it randomises like it should. Great job with the ne...

Good luck! With the new server, we should be stable anyway, but be assured that it will be kept so! :P Originally posted by Saint Kurt and given the number of dancing animated .gifs on their current site I know I'll be busy. *WINCE* *WINCE* And for good measure, another *WINCE*. Have fun with that; ...

Post Counts
Many members have commented that their post count is not as large as it was before, and are confused as to how it could have been reduced so much. The simple answer is: The reason you have a smaller post count is because you have less posts. This is why. Pruning . Many old posts have been pruned fro...

Unified Host Names
As of about 5:30 AM GMT, Nightscrawlers will automatically tell all browsers to use www.nightscrawlers.com if possible, instead of any other hostname. It will also update your bookmarks, if your browser supports that. This solves a couple problems, most of them just being technical. For one, it prev...

You can't use that URL, buri103. You must use http://www.nightscrawlers.com/forum/. Just so no one else has that problem, I have added that host to the allowed hosts list. I'm so glad these were solvable. I thought I had done something deadly for a moment. Please contact me if you have any more prob...

So it works for you now, CHG? Cool. I'm never ever to test anything with an AOL browser, and God knows what America Online does with it. I hope it works for you soon, buri103

Please tell me if you are still seeing it, CHG (or a new, blinking graphic that says "Stolen Image"). If you are, then you most likely have some sort of spyware/adware on your computer that is sending a Referer: header from its home site or some such. Try using a different browser and see ...
