Excalibur General Discussion
Forget about bashing creators, we're bashing each other's heads in. We all have different opinions, and ideals. However that's our opinion and we are alllowed to have one. Except when someone has an opinion that doesen't jive with ours, the first thing we do is bash them. Instead of agreeing to disa...

Hey Bamfette is Chuck using Northstar, because he's still going to be in the X-Books? Because New X-Men:Academy X will be using Cyclops, Emma Frost, and Northstar as teachers.

Chuck's moving to DC and independent primarily, now. he's still got lots of work, just not for Marvel. it's his own choice, and i am happy for him. I think he's doing the best thing. So Bamfette does that mean he's leaving X-Men? As to the question of Magneto and Xorn etc, etc. I was talking around...

What's on your "re-load" list?
My list is going to be Astonishing X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, and Ultimate X-Men. I'm going to try out the core titles for awhile. I'm not really interested in Excaliber because I can't read a book about a character that's past his prime. Xavier's useless now, however Marvel's keeping him around. ...

Uncanny X-Men General Discussion Reload
To be honest I liked the issue. I think CC's game is better here then it was on X-Treme X-Men, or Revolutions for that matter. Who knows maybe, just maybe this is a signal that classic Claremont is returning. I am a fan of Alan Davis, and his art here is better then it was when he filled in for the ...

Well I hope they don't kill Gambit off, or I'll drop X-Men all together, and I just don't mean Chuck Austen's book. I mean X-Men in general he's my favorite character next to Iceman and Phoenix(Jean Grey-Summers). It seems we've currently lost Jean, if we loose Remy as well I'm done with the X-Men. ...

nope. Chuck's had Gambit from (almost) the beginning. they werent going to break them up or anything, (atleast, not right away...) but they were originally going to be in different titles. i also never said you HATED it but you DID say you'd prefer the archetypes from Buffy were not used, which is ...

I never said I hated Buffy Bamfette, I really liked the first 3 seasons, the next 4 were mediocre, but tolerable because of Spike being there. However yes there are archetypes from Angel and Firefly I'd prefere him to use over ones from Buffy. However Bamfette I have a question, you said that Whedon...

I don't mean to step on anyones toes, however I can't stand die hard uber Chris Claremont, Chuck Austen, or Grant Morrison lovers. X-Men: Reloaded 2004
Alright this is how I see the creators taking their current situation, and trying to make it better, and improve their books. Chris Claremont's main problem is he's great at character development, he is. However one of his problems is he doesn't focus enough on the action or adventure, he also somet...

Uncanny X-Men General Discussion
To be honest the last arc had it's bad parts, and it had it's good parts. Over all it was alright, not spectacular, but decent. Personally the main thing about any Chuck Austen story I'm starting to really hate is the constant sexual innuendo's, god Chuck we get it. Drop it already, shesh. As far as...
Superman
Ya I'm looking forward to the Superman Reload. Azzerallo and Lee's book the most that'll be the titanic book of the Superman line. However I'm sure Austen's book will be half way decent as well. As long as Lois and Clark are still married when the restart happens I'll be happy.
