[Rogue] * Rogue was tired and downbeat today. Unsure
of everything going on.

[Rogue] she lands on to of the roof, finding a nice
relaxing spot to sit. The sun was warm and the wind
cool.

[Rogue] she let her hair down and get caught in the
breeze. She took off her jacket.

Emma enters this room

[Rogue] "Up here, I can't touch anyone" streching her
body in the warmth of the sun

[Rogue] rogue looked curious at the blonde. "Flyer,
teleporter?" she asked, wondering how she got up here

[Rogue] she knew the drill at this place, and this
pretty blonde couldn't be any different than the rest
of them.

[Rogue] ((half hour starts now))

[Emma] "Neither, just very quiet." Emma smiles at the
girl. She's never seen her before, but this place
doesn't seem very organized. "Um, so you can fly?"

[Rogue] "yeah...amongst other things. Comes in handy
when you want to be alone" She smiled back. This one
seemed kinda nice...pretty to boot. she would allow
this intruder "So whats your name?"

[Emma] Emma still doesn't know how to react to the
people around here. "I'm sorry I didn't know anyone
was up here... " Emma trails off as she realizes the
girl doesn't seem annoyed by her presence. "I'm Emma."

[Rogue] "Names Dezzie, its what my friends call me.
Wanna sit down?" She hesitantly asked her, covering
her bare legs with her jacket

[Emma] "Okay." Emma sits beside Dezzie, noticing as
she covers her legs. This girl seems a lot less insane
than most of the other residents. And much more
attractive, so more Emma's style. "So where are you
from?"

[Rogue] "All over the place, but I guess for all
intents and purposes...I call manhattan home lately.
Smoke?" she asks Emma as she lights one. "How about
you?"

[Emma] "No thanks... bad for the skin." Emma leans
back and looks at the sky. "Born and raised in Boston.
Not used to being anywhere else, can't wait to go
back."

[Emma] Emma tilts her head slightly and watches the
other girl. "Is that natural, or do you dye it? I
wouldn't ask but... we're here."

[Rogue] "Oh this?" She twirls her head around her
white streak "My skunk line....It just reminds people
that i'm a little stink pot....thats what my mom used
to say anyway" she laughed a bit....but got quiet

[Rogue] ((her hand lol))

[Rogue] "so i have to ask," she trails on through a
drag of her cigarette. The smoke flies into the sky
and fades away..."Whats your deal...and I know you
have one...everyone here does."

[Rogue] she laughed a bit...but it was true...she
wasn't even talking about mutant abilities or any of
that garbage..she ment issues...full blooded-american
pre-teen angst issues.

[Emma] Emma, her senses honed by years of society
living, notes that Dezzie seems uncomfortable. "My
deal... " Emma sighs. "My dad sent me here to get me
out of the way. He thinks I've been meddling in his
business too much.... I am, but it's just because I'm
better at it than he is."

[Rogue] "How Oedipus of you."

[Emma] "He hates that, so he jumped at the chance to
get me out of Boston. He's rich, but I don't have any
money of my own so I had to go here."

[Emma] "So far, it's been really boring. Umm. Have you
spent much time with the other people here?"

[Emma] Emma hedges her bets against Dezzie actually
liking anyone else at the mansion.

[Rogue] Rogue laughed "You could say that...so far
I've managed to come out of the closet, get into a
fight with a pot-headed blue girl, give a guy raging
cajun wet dreams about lesbians for a month, and
seriously scare everyone else in the mansion....so
yeah, hasn't really been a Full House moment for me"

[Rogue] "I just feel like, everyone is so pent up
around here...I want to just have fun, who cares why
we are here...lets just hang out. Ya know?" she said
in a flirty tone, she didn't mean too, but her new
blonde friend was hot.

[Rogue] "I just realized I told you I was a lesbian.."
Rogue said embarrassed "is that cool with you?"

[Emma] "Raging cajun? You mean Remy?" Emma instantly
regrets showing interest. "Um.." Subject change! "How
did you scare everyone?"

[Emma] "Oh.. lesbian... yes." Emma looks at Rogue
again. "Hanging out is all we really can do. No
classes or anything yet."

[Rogue] "Yeah Remy....nice guy, he can party...just
not my first selection in grocery store."

[Rogue] Rogue shifted her weight nervously..."about
scaring...that kinda sorta has something to do with my
'powers'" she said mockingly.

[Emma] "I haven't seen many opportunities for fun
around here... I missed all the parties." Emma hints.

[Emma] "Flying? That's cool... is there anything
else?"

[Rogue] "ooooooooh I can show you a good time, its
what I'm good at. Ever danced on a stage before" she
laughs...she was exposed, did her pole exploits really
get talked about.

[Rogue] Emma's question immediately made her stop
laughing "well yeah....I super duper strong" she said
grabbing a loose brick from the nearby chimney and
crushing it in her palms

[Rogue] "i also kinda....i dunno....steal powers and
life force from people." she said moving the hair out
of her eyes "not by choice....it just happens when i
touch people."

[Emma] "Oooh." Emma wants to try crushing a brick...
some time when no one's watching.

[Emma] "Any time you touch someone? How do you...
do... " Emma shuts up. "So... dancing on stage?" Emma
can't believe there is a more awkward topic than
stripping.

[Rogue] "I don't....really..." Rogue wanted a lighter
tone...no use in depressing her new gal pal. "Besides,
I can't even absorb bigger tits and a smaller ass, so
what good ISSS it?" she chuckled

[Rogue] "So my little awesome Emma...what in fact,
makes you so awesome?" she questioned, "What can youuu
do?"

[Emma] Emma hopes Dezzie hasn't actually TRIED to
absorb big tits. "I can turn to diamond, or something
like diamond. It's basically useless."

[Emma] "I don't know why I'm here at all, since it's
not like it's out of control or anything."

[Rogue] "Sounds wonderful. Its not totally
useless...you could host a home shopping network or
something" she mimics a talk show seller "our next
item for bid..a STUNNING LIFESIZE AWESOME EMMA STAUTE"

[Emma] "That's how I could make some money and get out
of here... renting myself out to parties." Emma pushes
her hair back.

[Rogue] "yeah...well count yourself lucky, see that
whole in the roof over there?" she points forward "I
did that....did you know T.J. can shoot little
"bwamps?" Well I absorbed her powers, bwamping not so
much for me

[Rogue] or apparently this building" she laughed.

[Rogue] "I could get you out of here...if you ever
wanted. I'm strong, I can fly away with you sometime,
go out and have fun." Rogue wanted a friend more than
ever.

[Emma] "Ha!... I'm sure 'the professor' can afford to
fix it. How'd you get close enough to absorb TJ,
anyway? She's prickly."

[Rogue] "She called me a lesbian....so I kissed
her...any touch remember?"

[Emma] "Go out where? You'll have to show me around
Manhattan... I've been there before but never anywhere
fun."

[Rogue] "We don't exactly play too nice....not by
choice...shes touchy and I like to push buttons."

[Emma] Emma is so happy to find someone who isn't
attacking her or anyone else.

[Emma] Emma giggles. "Yes, I'm almost tempted to do
some button pushing myself. It's too easy though."

[Rogue] "I used to club all the time before I went
here....hey maybe I'll take you to a club and we can
charge people to do body shots in your diamond
form!!!!!"

[Rogue] "see see! I was button pushing there." she
giggled.

[Rogue] ((hey we should probably stop, its been a
little over a half hour...so lets wind up...))

[Emma] "I dont' know about the body shots... " Emma
doesn't want to look like a prude in front of the only
decent conversationalist in the entire mansion.

[Rogue] "Just shots then!" Rogue laughed a bit harder
"Hey I have a great idea!"

[Emma] ((Aight. So just plans to do something and
cut?))

[Emma] "What?" Emma can guess what's coming.

[Rogue] ((i have an idea, run with it if you like it))

[Rogue] "Have you ever flown before...and I don't mean
Jet Blue" she sticks her tounge out

[Emma] "Noooooo.... can we?" Everyone wants to fly!

[Rogue] "Yeah!" she stands up and puts her jacket on,
making sure her skin is covered "Piggyback style, just
don't touch my skin...my hair doesn't have the same
affects."

[Rogue] Rogue offers her gloved hand to Emma, "Shall
we my queen?" she bows

[Emma] Emma ties her hair back and can't keep a huge
smile from growing on her face as she takes Dezzie's
hand. "But of course."

[Rogue] She takes Emma on her back, "Hold tight, k"
she says as she begins to float off the ground.

[Rogue] "This awesome Emma, is what I call
hovering...you okay?"

[Emma] Emma tightens her legs around Dezzie's waist.
"I'm good."

[Rogue] "Then off we go" she says as she begins flying
away from the mansion "Next stop...anywhere your
diamond heart desires!!"

[Rogue] ((The End!))

Quick side note...this takes places on top of the Mansion roof....we both wanted to get away, and well...what better place than the roof!
