Characters that have previously been played and then subsequently dropped are placed into the character limbo list. While the game staff would wish to discourage anyone wanting to play a character that has already been used within the RP, if a player really wishes it, and the game staff agrees that enough time has passed between incarnations, they may be picked up by a different player.
