Judge Decides X-Men Aren't Human

Basically, the jist is that "dolls" (defined by resembling human) cost more to import than "toys" (wich resemple other things).
So Marvel says that X-Men toys are meant to resemble something more-than-human so they should be considered "toys" not "dolls."
The Judge agrees, and a bunch of people get upset.

Personally, I'm torn because I think the X-Men are human, but I'd rather call them "toys" than "dolls."

Wait...what? How could they decide this? Obviously, the judge is not a big Marvel fan.

Obviously, the Judge has the I.Q. of pottyscum....I am a pitiful and heretical ex-catholic and have to agree with the Pope. "Aliens"are now now considered part of "Gods" plan.... So what about "Mutants"? we are close enough to have offspring....Mutants ARE human. IMHO...Heh.....

Well, Marvel wanted them to be declared not human (ie, toys), so the tariffs wouldn't cost so much

Well marvel an stuff it up theri ass can't they! OOhh marvel is gonna make more moeny, and then it's all gonna go away when people like Stan dont' getpaid and SUE!
Though I must say, i'm glad their toys not dolls, though they are humns...wait why the hell does it matter? Their in the toy, departmen, they always have been, who's the dumb f*&#k who wanted ti changed? Screw this I'm gonna go play with my 1994 Iceman, thank you very little.

I got this on my Blue Believers list yesterday. Interesting, no? I thought it was funny in that ironic kind of way. I also thought about that my taxes pay for these judges to sit on their collective fanny's and make these decisions. Egad. Ain't that America. :p

I hate when people try to jip you otu of money. I was at gap wiht my mom (why I dont' know0 and we walk in and this guy is taking our price, and very dramatically swoshing them onto the thing to get their price checked. And he gives my mom this coupon, and mym mom gives him this car,d and back and forth, card with this, and a card wiht that, and they got confused, and the guy tried to tell my mom she could only use her visa, but she wanted to user debit (???) well anyhoo, my brother calls from ohio and says his account is *makes fart noise* empty. Nothing left. My dad says the bank people would let him make adeposit or something, so now my mom sounds like a cat when she gets on the phone wiht citizens bank, or maybe it's not citizens...I'mm not sure...I dont honestly pay attention, it's just that's the onyl bank I cna think of right now. anyhoo, they screwed her over.

No kiddin', it's a toy. Its like saying toys can't vote. They don't have a decision in weather they are dolls or toys, the company decides that, what is this JUDGE SMOKING! AHH AHH AHH!! *freaks out insanely* :surprised:
