You guys have probably answered this one til you are BOTH blue in the face ( good colour huh?) But when you first cooked up ol' Nighty...was he a one of a kind minion of Hell? or were there others like him? I am a closet gaming geek and I'm just curious... I just have to know...what WAS the "original" Nightcrawler" like?
See? I really CAN ask geekier questions than anyone else
(prays to any stray gods within earshot that I'm not called to remember a favorite role playing character's origin and backstory some thirty years from now)

I remember Dave saying that conceptually Nightie was a demon that mucked up a mission and decided to stay here rather than face his boss
Since that fell through for Nightie, that's Hellsprite's gig now.

Right, Hellsprite now fills Nightie's original spot. She'll be turning up sooner or later in the New Futurians, issue #1 of which is nearly penciled. Oh, and BTW, speaking of the Futurians, they're currently being developed by IDT Entertainment as a possible movie project/

To tell you the truth, I haven't given it any thought yet. But Paty and our friend Barb both insist that Hugh Jackman should play Blackmane. Personally, I th ink he's too refined. Blackmane's a loudmouth jerk. And Jackman's too tall to play Wally Bonner, Blackmane's alter ego.
