Hmm...her costume front with the ring looks a lot like Storm's from the 70's, concendince I think not

No, of course it's not coincidence. The Black Cat design was proposed as an X-Man, but before we could use her, two or three other female 'cat' characters popped up, and I added the cape and white hair and weather powers and altered her into Storm.
