i have yet to get a few back issues of the evolution comic book....anyone care to give me the lodown on whats current with the issues???

the last thing i heard it that Mr Sinister was going to show up but i don't know now, due to the cancellation.

no the Sinsiter issue will not be released. the last one willd be by the fillin team, forgot their names, with the story that is a ripoff of Fun and Games...

they cancelled the comic series???

Yes, issue #9 will be the last... IMHO that's both good (less expenses to care about) and bad (less Night sightings), but I didn't like the story lines too much either... The comic shop had to order Evolution specially for me, no one else bothered to read it!

But we did get to see Sinister/Essex behind the scenes in the last two issues or so, he was sending Beast anonymous e-mails telling him he is willing to sponsor his research and knows that Beast is a mutant...

oh well i like the tv show much better...the comics just didnt draw them right imho lol

That's what I always thought. There were too many inconsistancies with the characters. Especially Kurt. Go read issue 4 to see what I'm talking about.

I admit...I really only bought it for the extra Kurtage (never a bad thing)...and the fact that we STILL haven't got Season Two down here! : And you guys are about to get Season THREE! ::mad::mad:

i know dont understand why ur so far behind us as far as tv series goes...twas the same way with the x-philes of there they ended a season after us....yes yur right never hurts to get some extra blau in lol

Depends on when the networks buy the shows I guess...and the show...we were only a couple of months behind with Dragonball Z...I guess Evo just doesn't have that kind of following...but then...the final series of the X-Files hasn't started here yet...

I'm still hoping that Kurt'll make a nice, long, lengthy return to Ultimate X-Men soon...with an arc called Hellfire and Brimstone (at least I think that's what it's called)...well...

Yeah. I'm waiting for the Ultimate Kurtage return.

I honestly quit watching Evolution. Don't get me wrong, I like it a lot, but the timing was rotten and the channel has reception problems. We have cable, but some stations are just bad anyway. I'm going to get it on DVD, eventually.

I never did get the comic. My shop got the first one and then just quit, so I never bothered. In my experience that sort of comic just isn't worth the money. Plus, though I like Nightkiddo, I prefer Nighty 616. So if I need a Nighty dose I dig out my Excaliburs or my Essential X-Men. Much better.

I'd rather see the return of Ultimate Nighty.

when im in school, which is where i am when it plays for the first time, i usually just wait the two weeks after it airs and download it off of google or something. The quality is usaully good and the commercials are edited out:D lol, i guess it helps that when my dad assembled the thing, he got me a lot of memory.....you kinda burn a lot doing that...

I don't get the channel at all, so I'm forced to resort to downloading episodes from kazaa. Which sucks, because I can only download from the school's computer, with the T1 line, but that computer doesn't have sound. I have to drive to school, download an episode, load it on a zip disk (if it's small enough, a few are too big for a zip disk), drive home, and see if it works. I've tried to download Badda-Bing, Badda-Boom about 8 times now. The stupid files don't have any stupid sound. Grrrr. Luckily I like the character designs enough to do that. Grr again, I say.

I must say many of you are really lucky, here in Sweden they haven't shown the first season yet... So I'm forced to download it, but I'm awaiting the DVD's. (I don't like being illegal...)

Anyway, Booker! Try to download the newest version of DivX or something like it, if you have an older version installed on the computer the video clips that have a never version might refuse to play the sound and/or play the video. It has worked for me every time anyway. http://www.divx.com

i hate how it comes on at freakinf 9:30 in the morning, i don't think a single 16 year old in my whole state is up at that point. Blue Dj is one of them i no. I try to call his house, he doesn't get up until 2 or 1, and that's on weekdays too! I wish they would put it back on wnedsdays, or make it a week round thing. I am willing to bet ABC family will buy it of them. U no, i'll bet disney told abc to do that! Abc is disn'ey's bitch. I heard they were gonna turn abc family into disney family, make disney now, zoog disney, and make a station called either playhouse disney or DIsney classics. blah! Disney is cheap cheap cheap. Abc is the only station left playing x-men, spiderman, and spiderman and his amazing friends, y didn't cartoon nnetwork get it!? At least toonami is on wb now, more power ouff girls

Ces: I use divX. It's just that some of the files don't have sound. And you don't know anything about it untill you spend the hour and a half downloading it. Grrr.

I know what you mean! It's the same way of course with the show itself. I don't watch it that often since there is always something that makes me say, um that's not supposed to be that way.. Lol!

Yeah, but it doesn't happen in the show as much as in the comic. I mean, in the comic they totally ignore the fact that he has digigrade legs under the hologram, that's why he has the baggy pants; to disguise his legs. They just draw him like he has normal feet. Of course, they keep the fingers right in the comic; they screw that up often in the show.

I'm just being a nitpicky fangirl. Ignore me.

Anyway though, Gah! I hate when they do stuff like that! I don't think he has the back toes in the show though does he? I know the toy I got from B/K doesn't. I think that's just the way they draw him, but um.. I don't like it, and it'd be nice if he didn't have pupils that you could notice... See! Anal! Lol!
