August 2003 - A Diamond Select/Art Asylum Release - First seen as a team in Giant Sized X-Men #1, Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Thunderbird, Colossus, and Nightcrawler are now mini!

Hot on the heels of the sold-out MiniMates Series One, this set of Marvel MiniMates includes all six mutant heroes as they appeared in their debut appearance in 1975. Each Marvel MiniMate measures two inches tall and features a whopping 14 points of articulation.

Packaged in a large clamshell that mimics the cover to Giant Sized X-Men #1, this box set will please both hardcore MiniMates collectors as well as die-hard X-Men fans alike.

Woah, those things are creepy! Kind of in the same way as a small child singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" unaccompanied is creepy, but still creepy.

I think they're kind of cute. I'm going to put them on my Christmas list for the novelty of them.
I don't think Kurt looks the weirdest, though. Check out Storm's boobs. One giant firm uniboob, it looks like. Now that's weird. Even weirder than pamela Anderson's.

thats the Minimates craze thats going around now. I think it started in Japan but there theyr called Kubricks. Basically they are modelled after the Legos figures. Im amazed that Lego never sued whoever it was that stated making nonlego block type figures...

Thunderbird first appeared in Giant Sized #1 along with Kurt, Storm, etc. He died a few issues later. This is a giant sized #1 tribute.

I like the Nighty one. And as I have said before, all I want is the Nighty one! Maybe they should come out with a packaged one of all Nightcrawlers in his other uniforms.
