Question about Nightcrawler and Limbo

******SPOILERS*******

In Nightcrawler #2 Kurt reaches Limbo by simply teleporting there. My question is, when did Kurt ever gain the ability to teleport between dimensions? I'll give you the dark dimension since that's the dimension Kurt normally goes through -- but Limbo?!? Kurt teleporting to Limbo seems like one huge continuity error. If possible, does anyone have a referenece for Kurt teleporting to Limbo prior to Nightcrawler #2?

There *is* that ish of Excalibur, when all the dimensions are merging at the lighthouse/tower [I forget the #... help?] where NC teleported into the kitchen and wound up in another dimension by accident. He figured out he could focus on the 'scent' of *his* kitchen, and made it back to his home dimension.

Therefore, I'm guessing that - since he has a 'feel' for Limbo - he can 'port there any dang time he pleases.

While your answer might be right, i have a feeling that the only reason that he was able to do that in Exc. was because of the special properties of the light house and the situation occuring.

I assumed that N.C. knew how to get in contact w/ Amanda and that she provided the method of transportation.

As far as I can tell the Draco arc retconned the dark dimension to his father's dimension.

The only thing I can think of is his ex left him a way to get to her since in Excalibur he needed that silly metal eating thing to get him and his friends from dimension to dimension. What was it called Widget or something? Amanda could give Kurt something since she is a powerful sorceress and all.
