I knew 'nightcrawlers' were fishing worms when I created the character. But remember, originally he was gonna be a demon. I sort of thought the name was appropriate. When I dropped the demon aspect, I still liked the name. So it stayed.

I always had this little fantasy to take pictures of every place like that. When I was DBZ fan I was so tempted to take a picture of the Napa Auto Parts store and add a picture of Nappa into it there. I never go to that resort (even though I can see it from my house ), but if I ever find myself there with a cameral I"ll take a picture for ya'll to enjoy.
We also have the MIIB reference with the Worm Guys. "You did not see 4 alien nightcrawlers..."
I like worms...although I do make some stupid puns about that and Nighty. It doesn't help that everyone's first reaction (of my friends) is "Worm?" when they hear his name.

Yeah, I found that out a while ago when I did a search for Nightcrawler stuff. Told Mandy and she paid him out for it. Saw a show where some guy ate Nightcrawlers. Yuk.

Anyway in Sweden a nightcrawler is what it says, one who crawls in the dark... So a 'normal' Swede imagines someone more like Kurt than a worm! :p (Silly foreigners, wouldn't earthcreeper be a more appropriate term?)
