I just simply refuse to believe it until I see the hard copy paper in my drool stained hands:p I have been waiting decades for something centered only on Nightcrawler!

"It's a different direction than one might expect. A dark mystical edge to the book. 'Doctor Strange' types of cases and Nightcrawler gets these special assginments as he can travel through that world easily."

I think wa ALL should write to Marvel to support the series as soon as it comes out ! If the series has a solid fan-base, WE can make it last for years !! -yeah, these days, I'm WAY too optimistic.

I am so thrilled by the news! Does anyone know when it is slated to come out? I'm going to be moving again and have to start saving up.

Sounds like it might be interesting but seems a bit dark for Kurt. I mean a fun loving, swash buckling, woman loving kinda guy isn't likely to be found dealing with problems of magical nature.

it's too early to tell, but it sounds pretty dark, a bit like the previous miniseries. Of course, I'll buy it anyway...:o

hmmm first: who's John Constantine and Second: didn't kurt come out before Hellboy? so he's not really Marvel's answer to Hellboy if he came first.

John Constantine is a character created by Alan Moore in Swamp Thing. He's a detective who knows a lot about magic.
And Hellboy is one of the best series ever.

Yes, I also hope that Kurt won't loose his bright side.
In a dark and mystical series, he'll be the light !
A light which lingers in the shadows, of course !

I'd really like to know Dave, Paty, Bamfette and Crawler's opinions about this project.

John Constantine: He stars in HELLBLAZER, which I haven't read that much of actually, but from what I have read, he's constantly getting in over his head in deep dark mystical crap and has no friends because they all end up killed.

And, he's quite the devil in the sack. Oooooh. (Of course, by devil I mean he goes home with you and then disappears before you wake up. Heh.)

Wait, wait, I'm trying to sell the idea of Kurt as Hellblazer. Hmmm. Forget the friends thing. And, uh, maybe he'll leave some flowers or something.
