I have a question about issue #11, which I recently found in a store which sells new and old comics. This is my question: Is that meant to be a halo behind Kurt's head, in the panel where Kurt is holding Hive, and Hive is saying to Kurt, "There's so much you don't understand, mutant. About who you are..." I know it is the full moon, but was it meant to be symbolic, and if so, of what? And, what does Hive mean by, "...who you are..."?

Also, what is "The war before End-Times"?

Those are cool questions and I don't know the answers to them. I remember having the big "trunk revalation" when the Winding Way was being published and everyone was like "holy shit! It does show up everywhere!". But what I thought it meant and what it ended up meaning in the story were totally different things. (I was waaaay wrong.)

So there is definitely a lot of symbolism all over the artwork. Darick leaves nothing to chance - he means everything he draws.

...will they be picked up by Marvel writers later?

We can only hope.

I realize Mr. Robertson isn't posting here anymore, but is it possible to pass my questions on to him, somehow?
