According to Toy News International there is a new Nightcrawlers Statue on its way!!

Yeah, that is just a tad long of a tail. But it looks nice, I like it. The face and body seem to be fine (though he does seem to have abnormally large pectorals).

They often make Nightcrawler look shorter than he is, I have noticed.

am i the only one who has noticed that of all the X-Men, Nightcrawler's costume is the *ONLY* one that is undamaged? even Storm's has a little tear in it... other than that - Wow-ee! i want one!

Yes, I noticed that too. Kinda strange though. Or is the same as in the comics?
The statue would sure look great but 85 $ is just too much for me.

If i get this one I'll probably go through my comic shop...I only have to pay for it when it arrives. I paid for the new Bowen one in January and I still haven't got the frikken thing!

True story--I live in Baltimore, just south of Diamond Select's Timonium, MD headquarters, and last night at the Ottobar, I met the gentleman who sculpted these figures. He told me that for the Nighty one, he had a friend who rock climbs pose on a rock climbing wall, and worked from that as a reference point. Kind of cool, no?

Even better--he's promised me a free copy when he gets them in.

Lucky duck. I did notice the rip, but it's just one of those things, I suppose. I would get one if I wasn't flat broke.

Those are very pretty! Makes me wonder if archaeologists of the future will think those statues represent our deities.

I wish they could've incorporated Beast and Angel into it somehow.. even if they were just props, it would've been better than ignoring their presence altogether.. I like Nightcrawler's pose, but Storm is my favorite I think.. I the tattered costumes are a good touch though

It might just be the angle the picture was taken.. his head looks perfectly congruent to the rest of his body in all the pictures but his closeup one:bamf

Both the Wolverine and the Colossus are already on sale and they cost $85 each, so I belive that this Nightcrawler statue will cost the same $85.
