So, it's over... :-(
#12 came out this week. What does everyone think? I think it tied the whole series together nicely...a fitting finale. Though I don't know about Christine...still...
Bamf, suckas!

I am mixed happy and sad. I am sad becuase it is over, yet happy because it was so well done while it lasted. And I loved the last panel, it brought some closer to all the tension that has been running between them thrughout the series (even if nothing comes form it).

Somehow, I suspect that the last page was a nod to those of us who didn't want the series to be over.

It was okay. I thought the art was mostly fine, exept on that "surprise!" page. Those were some ugly ladies in there. But it was a good wrap-up, and I will be interested to see if the miniseries will have any consequences in the more main stream books. I mean, the soulsword an all, that simply begs to be used, doesn't it?

Yeah, the ladies were uncharacteristically ugly...very un-Darick!
I love the fact that Kurt has the soulsword. And interesting that it's making him younger...very interesting...

"...Something special happened with Nightcrawler. I realized how many passionate fans, like me, are holding a torch for him. Although this series is ending, they will still be there to clamor for more. They embraced my work and rallied behind the series, and I want to thank them here (especially all the folks on "Nightscrawlers")...

Saw the shoutout, I count myself priviledged to be amongst y'all and have a chance to sign the petition...I am glad the story is so open ended, and that it can be picked up again. There was a challenge flung out to Mephisto, of all people!! (of all demons to do it to!! Ee-yeesh!!) and it will be interesting to see where the plot goes!! I just wish the book would have stayed!!
By the way...caught a copy of issue 7 that I was missing...OH, DROOL!! Kurt in the Pirates of the Carribean Jack Sparrow Costume... ;pant ...the art was GORGEOUS!! What I MISSED!! They did some quality stuff!!

That'd be the little thingummy that sent him to hades [or something like it] from Margali 'cause she found out that he killed Stefan. Or something like that. I've never really *studied* that ish.

Just curiously, does anyone know what exact issue this mysterious "gift of doom" appeared in? I'd love to add it to my collection...
