Well guys, you could always sign up with imeem.com. They let you make free playlists and listen to them. Right now there are no Nightcrawler playlists that refer to the fuzzy blue elf. Well, except for the one I just started ;) . Like I said it's a free service. I write a lot of original fiction and use playlists for characters as inspiration. I started the Nightcrawler one because I'm working on a Nightcrawler costume and needed an appropriate soundtrack. :LOL

Also the song "Can't Get My Head Around You" by The Offspring for some reason reminds me of his and Logan's friendship, more especially when it's strained.
"Fractured" by Zeromancer for movie Kurt.
My full list is here, it's not finished yet. I've added some suggestions from others on this site as well . . .

I have three songs I think are perfect for Kurt:

"I Miss You": Blink-182 (Because he's an angel in the darkness (lame, I know))

"Here in your Arms": Hellogoodbye (Because to teleport you, you have to be in his arms:D )

"Faith": George Micheal (I don't know, it just sounds right)

Okay there's a series of songs I think would work. A lot of them may be because it's what I've been listening to as of late, but I think each one has its reasons.
I'll explain them thoroughly.
The Static Age
Is about Kurt in a state where he realizes he is not able to really relate to the new generation of kids growing up in the school. This is during the time that he slowly feels his "uselessness" growing and may or may not be feeling like his "control" of what he has around him is slowly slipping. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, and he's just a lovable teleporting blue fuzzball.

Can you hear the sound
of the static noise?
Blasting out in stereo.
Cater to the class and the paranoid.

Music to my nervous system
advertising love and religion.
Murder on the airwaves
slogans on the brink of corruption.

Vision of blasphemy, war, and peace, screaming at you!

I can't see a thing in the video
I can't hear a sound on the radio!
In stereo in the Static Age!

Billboard on the rise
in the dawn's landscape
working your insanity.
Tragic A'la madness and concrete
Coca-cola execution.
Conscious on a cross and your hearts in a vice.
Squeezing out your state of mind.

Are what you own that you cannot buy?
What a fucking tragedy, strategy!
Screaming at you!

Hey hey it's the Static age
this is how the west as won.
Hey hey, it's the static age millenium.

All i want to know is A God Damned Thing!
Not what's in the medicine!
All I want to do is,
I want to breathe.
Batteries are not included!
what's the latest way
That a man can die
screaming hallelujah?

Singing out "The Dawn's Early Light"

The silence of the rotten, forgotten
Screaming at you.
I can't see a thing in the video-
I can't hear a sound on the Radio,
in stereo. Oh, in the Static Age!
See The Light is another example of Kurt losing touch, but more with the faithful and with his own self. But still trying to be hopeful, as he always is.
I crossed the river
fell into the sea
Where the non-believers, go beyond belief.
Then I scratched the surface in the Mouth of Hell
Running out of service,
in the blood I fell.

I just want to see the light
I don't want to lose my sight.
I just want to see the light.
I need to know, what's worth the fight?

I've been wasted-
pills and alcohol
I've been chasing down the pool halls.
I drank the water, from a hurricane
I set a fire just to see the flame.

I crossed the desert reaching higher ground.
Then I pound the pavement
to take the liars down.
But it's gone forever, but never too late.
Where the ever after is in the hands of fate...
Both very out of character for Goofy Kurt who we see most frequently, but I feel on his darkest days, what we aren't seeing now as he gets stabbity stabbed, this is something he'd relate to. Maybe.

Now this song... The Rising
This song depicts the softer, romantic side of Kurt. It's deep, it's an intellectual piece (in my opinion), and I think it offers up a lot of poetic emotions that I can see Kurt enjoying.
Can't see nothin' in front of me
Can't see nothin' coming up behind
I make my way through this darkness
I can't feel nothing but this chain that binds me
Lost track of how far I've gone
How far I've gone, how high I've climbed
On my back's a sixty pound stone
On my shoulder a half mile line

Come on up for the rising
Com on up, lay your hands in mine
Come on up for the rising
Come on up for the rising tonight

Left the house this morning
Bells ringing filled the air
Wearin' the cross of my calling
On wheels of fire I come rollin' down here

Come on up for the rising
Come on up, lay your hands in mine
Come on up for the rising
Come on up for the rising tonight

Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li

Spirits above and behind me
Faces gone, black eyes burnin' bright
May their precious blood forever bind me
Lord as I stand before your fiery light

Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li

I see you Mary in the garden
In the garden of a thousand sighs
There's holy pictures of our children
Dancin' in a sky filled with light
May I feel your arms around me
May I feel your blood mix with mine
A dream of life comes to me
Like a catfish dancin' on the end of the line

Sky of blackness and sorrow (a dream of life)
Sky of love, sky of tears (a dream of life)
Sky of glory and sadness (a dream of life)
Sky of mercy, sky of fear (a dream of life)
Sky of memory and shadow (a dream of life)
Your burnin' wind fills my arms tonight
Sky of longing and emptiness (a dream of life)
Sky of fullness, sky of blessed life (a dream of life)

Come on up for the rising
Come on up, lay your hands in mine
Come on up for the rising
Come on up for the rising tonight

Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li, Li
The Vh1 Storytellers version is a tremendous performance of this song. He clearly and poetically explains the lyrics, it's really quite a beautiful song without the electric fuzz and poor aged static of cheap video recording. Hopefully the lyrics get the point across quite nicely...

And finally, another song for Kurt's softer side, this is going in lieu of what was said before. He may not be able to relate to a lot, but he doesn't give up. He's not suicidal. He doesn't see the point of throwing life way and just watching the world burn... he takes each moment as it comes and is sure to make as many precious memories as he can.
This song is called Pig, though it was later retitled "Don't Burn The Pig" as it was combined to another song, saved for live performances by Dave Matthews band, of the same title, which was short and sweet, and was about an African warlord, whose name escapes me now.
I tried very hard to find you guys a live performance but it seems that's what Youtube is doing now as it is "updating". -___- deleting concert performances. I was listening to Live @ The Rocks no more than a day ago on Youtube. 'Tis gone now.
Isn't it strange
How we move our lives for another day
Like skipping a beat
What if a great wave should wash us all away
Just thinking out loud
Don't mean to dwell on this dying thing
But looking at blood
It's alive right now
Deep and sweet within
Pouring through our veins
Intoxicate moving wine to tears
Drinking it deep
Then an evening spent dancing
It's you and me
This love will open our world
From the dark side we can see a glow of something bright
There's much more than we see here
Don't burn the day away
Is this not enough
This blessed sip of life
Is it not enough
Staring down at the ground
Oh then complain and pray more from above
Greedy little pig
Stop just watch your world trickle away
Oh it's your problem now
It'll all be dead and gone in a few short years
Just love will open our eyes
Just love will put the hope in our minds
Much more than we could ever know
Don't burn the day away
Come sister my brother
Shake up your bones shake up your feet
I'm saying open up
And let the rain come pouring in
Wash out this tired notion
That the best is yet to come
But while you're dancing on the ground
Don't think of when you're gone
Love love what more is there
We need the light of love in here
Don't beat your head
Dry your eyes
Let the love in there
There are bad times
But that's ok
Just look for love in it
Don't burn the day away
Look
Here are we
On this starry night staring into space
And I must say
I feel as small as dust
Lying down here
What point could there be troubling
Head down wondering what will become of me
Why concern we cannot see
But no reason to abandon it
Time is short but that's all right
Maybe I'll go in the middle of the night
Take your hands from your eyes, my love
Everything must end some time
Don't burn the day away
Come sister my brother
Shake up your bones shake up your feet
I'm saying open up
And let the rain come flooding in
Wash out this tired notion
That the best is yet to come
But while you're dancing on the ground
Don't think of when you're gone
Love love what more is there
We need the light of love in here
Don't beat your head
Dry your eyes
Let the love in there
There are bad times
But that's ok
Just look for love in it

"The Show Must Go On" by Queen works really well.

Also "Let me Fall" by Josh Groban.

"Let it Be" the Beatles.

Everytime I hear these 2 songs, I can't help but imagine Kurt doing a fight scene or something, haha!

Just got Wolverine: Weapon X #16.

"Believe" by Brooks and Dunn worked fairly well for that issue.

Also "Friend to Me" by Garth Brooks works really well for the friendship between Kurt and Logan. :nodyes
