I happen to be listening to my Labrynth CD and thought of a question...a very silly one.

If Nightcrawler can sing, who should voice-sing him? (I doubt he can sing through that German accent of his, but, hey, couldn't hurt to try).

For Dave Cockrum's Nightcrawer, David Bowie. Definitely get David Bowie, he has that smooth, semi-deep, but kind of high pitched voice.

For X-Men Evolution Nightcrawler, Justin Timberlake!

Do you agree, disagree, or you just may have any other ideas of your own that you would like to share?

I doubt the accent would make a difference...accents seem to disappear when singing...

I mean does Bono sound all that Irish when he's singing?

I can't say I've ever really thought about it...but I don't mind Bowie...and I LOVE that movie!

It is kind of a weird question. I think he would sing with an accent. Remember the Scorpions? I don't think they could ever sing without an accent.

My choise is here: Just a piece and could be you use a little time, but this is my Kurtvoice. The Singer is Lait Al Deen. Second choice would be Xavier Naidoo( yes, its really his name l) but they sound very similar...

The question was if Justin Timberlake should voice sing for X-Men Evolution Nightcrawler. But I don't think it can work, but that's my friend's theory. Maybe Louis Fonsi or someone.

I would love it if the original X-Men version of Nightcrawler would sing "Underground". It totally describes him.

Hmm, maybe I should listen to that CD, but, every time when I listen to 'Underground' frrom David Bowie, Bowie sounded so much like Kurt if he knocked off his accent.

Bowie also has an excellent villain-like voice. If Bowie were a few years younger, he would've gotten the part of Nightcrawler instead of Alan Cummings.

But Alan is not a bad choice, anyways.

Yeah, well, if you listen to David Bowie's "Underground" closely, it sounds just like him, if he were singing in English.
I'm working on one for Evolution Nightcrawler. I just listened to a song from NSYNC and it didn't sound like him.

I listened to Louis Fonsi "Secret" and it sounded close, but not to close.

This is gonna be pointless until I hear the song again, but there's a popular song right now, don't know the name, don't know who sings it, but I imagine Kurt maybe sounding like him.

For the longest time I just always pictured him with Jude Law's voice. Of course, soon we'll ALL picture him with Alan Cumming's voice. :laugh:

Uh, um nope sorry! No BAD idear imho. Sorry but I'm not the biggest fan of N*SYNC.

Hmm I dunno. I'm tired and I never gave any of this any though except I know I wouldn't want J/T to be Nighty's singing voice Evo or what!:laugh: Also I think he could sing fine with a German accent. I mean there are German pop singers and all that who sing with accents and sound fine.
