Preview night was last night, and as expected, Hasbro had been holding out on showing new stuff since the February Toy Fair.

Among the new hotness -

(BTW the Nightcrawler wave of Superhero Squad is starting to hit stores now!)

Plus the Marvel Legends Wave 4 Build-a-Figure will be Holocaust! Well, Nemesis...just like they renamed the old 90s figure, but still.

uh oh. I am so loving the cuteness of the superhero squad. Will these be retailed anywhere? Or just online/in comic stores?

These have been widely available in department and toy stores around here - I've seen them at Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Toys R Us and KB Toys. They run $6 per 2-pack, so it's way too easy to end up buying all of them.

The really funny thing is that Toys R Us has a Civil War boxed set with Iron Man and Captain America facing off. The one toy to refer to the whole thing, and they're adorable!

I just bought the Superhero Squad 'Crawler! Couldn't find him at Target, so I turned to my good friend Ebay. He'll be joining my Heroclix 'Crawler on top of my computer desk shortly.

I'm trying to save some money for the dark phoenix statue, but if I get a chance for one of these...

My Superhero Squad Nightcrawler just arrived today. Not only does he look completely squee-worthy, but with the limited poseability, I can stand him on one hand and a foot, a hand and two feet, on his head, and so forth! Right now I've stood him on his head and one arm, as if he's in the middle of a back roll.

I think I love you!!! *squeeeeeeee*

A repainted "teleporting" Nightcrawler will be coming out in a 4-pack this spring, along with Wolverine, Gambit and Juggernaut.
