[January Spotlight On!] WildC.A.T.S./X-Men, Modern Age

WildC.A.T.S/X-Men Modern Age was a collaboration between Image Comics and Marvel Comics, published in August of 1997. The story is by James Robinson, the pencils are by Adam Hughes and inks by Mark Farmer. The time frame is the second team before the Dark Phoenix Saga. The basic plot: A young mutant has disappeared. The X-Men suspect the local British branch of the Hellfire Club, and investigate. The WildC.A.T.S. also have an interest in this particular Hellfire Club. I have scanned all the pages on which Nightcrawler is featured. For some reason they are backwards, and the reason is probably my lack of technical knowledge. Check out the little panel to the right of the red lady on the sixteenth scan!!!!!:
