Flexibility/coordination, definitely. I tend to like the aspect of a superhero that they could have gotten almost anywhere else besides their mutancy/nuclear explosion/toxic wastes/radioactive spider bites/etc. Teleporting is cool, but somehow being able to bend backwards so far that you can sit on your chest with your feet resting on your shoulders is just EPIC.
