X2 Figures at Jack?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is just the beginning - talk Marvel on the big screen, small screen and everything in between. DC Cinematic Universe and independent comic creations are welcome, too - The Walking Dead, Preacher, etc.

I live down the street from a Jack-in-the-box. I'll go check. If you want, I could get sets (assuming they still have them).

There's a Jack-in-the-Box down the street from me. Don't waste your money. The figures are pretty bad. Nighty is one of the worst. I have it.

Of course you are only paying $.99 cents for it. :P

from the photos ive seen of the nighty one, he basically looks like a blue gambit... brown trench, black pants and what appears to be a pinkish top...

I just got back from the JitB down the street. I asked the cashier if they had any toys of the blue guy and she said "Who, Nightcrawler? Yeah, let me go get one from the back. :)"
I almost proposed to her at that moment.

The toy is pretty crappy... but it is just a fast food toy... The figure is a single piece of plastic standing on a disk with the X logo on it. The disk attatches to a stand along with frame that has a slide-in back card. The card has a lenticular picture that shifts between this and this and this.

The insert that comes with the toy and the and back of the card look like this.

It's not the best piece of merchandising, but hey, it's Nightcrawler ! :D

Sort of.. it's flat on his back. If it were any thinner, it would just be a blue painted arrow on his coat.

My thoughts exactly when I first opened it up. Poor Nighty. Hasn't he suffered enough? :cry

Could have been worse; they could have attempted to paint or mold on his tattoos. :eek

Heard about this while I was at lunch today.... Took me by surprise, a little late for a tie in, but Any crawler is a good crawler.

Thanks for posting all the info and images....

On a off topic question. Anybody have any good pics of the UK KFC figures that were released as a X2 tie in???

I'm not sure why he got so tall all of the sudden, but in the novelized version of X2, and a few other places, they say he's "actually pretty tall... if he stands up straight...." I'll always see him as about 5'10" or 5'11". Slight, average height, but looks shorter when he's crouching.

I've been wondering about that, too. I've read a few of the older comics of Uncanny, and he's just a little taller than Logan. But, yeah, he does crouch most of the time. Must be something about his spine and balance.
