The Marvel Cinematic Universe is just the beginning - talk Marvel on the big screen, small screen and everything in between. DC Cinematic Universe and independent comic creations are welcome, too - The Walking Dead, Preacher, etc.

Since I was little comics have take a turn for the crazyness...I remember when there was a code to comics...and then I remember opening up the comic with Stacy X, it had Page talking about her jump roping naked...I like the movies for the fact it is a more grown up version getting close to the feel of the comics now...Like the cartoon in the 90's was...So whats your choice? Something Like EVO or the 90'S :) Cause you all know wee need our cartoons back...heck let adult swim take over it :D

Oh god... Adult Swim taking over the X-Men... That would be really rediculouse. I'm sure I'd laugh untill I peed. I mean look at Harvey Birdman and Space ghost!!! Former heroes gone talkshow host and lawyer. What whould the X-Men be? Wolverine baking cookies on a gourmet show? Professor Xavier's psychic hot line? Now I want it to happen!!!!

Annyway, I'm not a fan of cartoon adaptations of comics. TAS was pretty good. I wouldn't mind if they started one like that again. The only one I can think of that I liked alot was Batman, which was dark and true to the comic. So I vote grown up I guess.

I think that there is room and a place for both kinds of cartoons. I enjoy both the more "adult" (that's as in grownup! get your mind out of the gutter;) ) and the EVO series.

Xavier's psychic hotline? :LOL Good one! Paige can have a skin care informercial with Stacy.
Sail away where no ball and chain
Can keep us from the roarin' waves
Together undivided, but forever we'll be free.
So sail away aboard our rig
The moon is full and so are we,
We're seven drunken pirates
We're the seven deadly sins.

I have always like the more "adult-ness" of the comics. Evo is not bad in and of itself; it just isn't on par with the comics-especially under Claremont during the glory days. Heck, even the movies don't compare very well with that time period.

cartoons generally have some kind of adult joke/humor in them b/c writers know that children often times drag their parents in to watch tv with them.

i vote for a more adult like cartoon b/c i am an old man of 21 and i want an excuse to watch cartoons.

I think adult "cartoons" have their places...as well as adult animated movies, like the greatest of all animated adult movies, Heavy Metal. The success of this movie has proved that there is indeed a place for adult movies and cartoons.

God I'd LOVE to see Adult Swim take on an animated X-Men!:D
Only, I don't think it should be anything like Evo, or the movie version.

Btw, I love your av, xstechfreak. :)

Daniel: "No, we shalln't."
