Thanks for those, Indigo! I'm not too familiar with Into the Woods, so I'm so happy that you shared that with me!
I did
When You're Good To Mama from Chicago at karaoke last night, and it was awesome. LOVE this song. I really enjoy the "tit for tat" line.
I really enjoy Gershwin shows, and we did Crazy for You when I was in high school (oh 10+ years ago...). My FAVORITE song from that is
Naughty Baby, which is hard to find on YouTube...but here's some HS version!
And talking of Cabaret, I heard this in my car last night and fell in love with it all over again:
Wilkommen. I
still sincerely dislike Alan Cumming, but I can't deny that his version of this song is the best I've heard.
Oh, and let's finish this with a few more Avenue Q favs (this whole soundtrack is AMAZING!):
The Internet is for Porn
Everyone's a little bit Racist
There's a fine fine line (This is one of my favorite 'belt it out in the car' songs

)
Schadenfreude (PS, hockey fans, the first video when searching for Schadenfreude was a Philly/Bruins game. I kind of loved that.)
"If you live your life to please everyone else, you will continue to feel frustrated and powerless. This is because what others want may not be good for you. You are not being mean when you say NO to unreasonable demands or when you express your ideas, feelings, and opinions, even if they differ from those of others.â€
