Le Parkour/ Free running

That is exactly what I thought when I first saw it - absolutely incredible. There was a special on TLC and it was very inspiring. But as far as doing it? Not with these knees and hips!
They should look at hiring these guys to do more superhero stunts in the movies. They do things that you wouldn't think possible without a lot of wires or computer re-organizing.

Damn! You've got to be in good shape to do that kind of stuff! I'm suitably impressed. And it's good to see there are free-form urban sports out there besides the way-too-dangerous "building bungee"....

From what I can tell, le parkour is a sport (or activity or art, if you prefer) originating in France. Participants move quickly through urban environments, moving acrobatically over and around obstacles. That article also has a number of links to poke around for more information, but if you want a quick fix, check out these moves.
Wow that's impressive, i admire the persons who can actually do that! :o
Thanks for showing me Bunny!
Now lets hope i can catch a tv program about this in cable some day.

We "parkoured" few times before winter, it was fun. We climbed over fences and jumped over benches and runned all over the city park etc.
just waiting for summer with my friends to continue running..
if you want to see awesome french parkour movie, check out the film called Yamakazi.

Well we dont climb walls or anything like that, but it beats jogging thought :P
