I got very desperate...I even logged into the Comic Book Resources chat a couple of times. But there is no substitute for the real thing. I ended up doing boring real life things like vacuum cleaning, tie-dying t-shirts and getting ready for vacation. Thank goodness we're back!

I did some fun things, I suppose. I finished my stupid finals. So stupid! I continued to work at that comic store I work at. I did some other things online that I enjoy, even played a little City of Heroes! (Green Belt is up to level 20 and Experiment 057 hit 15, I believe)
I also checked the site nearly every day. I even looked around online to see if I could find an explanation as to why it was down. I am a big geek.
My girlfriend and I went on dates, including one that marked our eighth month of dating. Twenty-two years old and my longest relationship with a girl is eight months long. My little sister (14) has been with her boyfriend (also 14) for longer than that! I am such a dork, but my girlfriend is totally awesome. Totally.
-idsunki, fell in love with a girl.

Life went on, as per usual, but it just wasn't the same without the 'purple place'**

Well, I spent A LOT of time with my brother's band.
We've been working really hard these days...
No Nightscrawlers meant less fun after a hard day's work, though.

Watching, waiting, *twitch*ing with withdrawal (and debating whether or not to pester Jill as to when the site would be back again... probably good thing i didn't she most likely would have got a few like that)
Oh and i started voluntary work at my old school's library and housesat for a friend from church - who has a cat a dog (who would rather chase sticks than be fed or petted!) and a lamb! and one of my jobs was to feed 'em which was cool so i guess there were compensations
Oooh this means that the chat is back! gotta get my fix! *dashes off to see the chatroom*

I didn't realize how long the forum was down until I noticed every time I tried to pop in to prove I wasn't dead that the site was! I had real life to keep me preoccupied though, including two deaths in the family within a month. Otherwise, same old, same old. I'm damn glad it's back though, and I intend to post like a madwoman!

I also:
- learned to apply make-up
- looked for a job
- played with my cat
- learned how to cook (1. Enter available ingredients into google 2. Follow directions.)
And just now thanks to idsunki I have realized I need to go get some wine or something because TOMORROW marks the seventh month of dating for me. Jesus! I'm so proud of myself. Seven months without scaring him off.
