Warning: attempting to read my entry may result in Rip Van Winkle syndrome, wherein reader emerges from Crawlish daze and realizes laundry has reached critical mass and the children are foraging for dandelions in the front yard.

I honestly didn't *intend* for it to be so long. Took on a life of its own as it were.

lol don't worry about it, same thing happened to me =P I was originally gonna have like a 20-30 page thing and somehow i got up to 87

It didn't seem long to me, Elfdame. O course, that might've been because I read it installment by installment, so it seemed agonizingly short in the interlude....

And that's just the way it is when you're writing Nightcrawler, isn't it? He's so much fun to write for! Who couldn't love a character like him? Fun on the shallow end, philosophical on the deep end, bright and cheery with a few dark moments... I swear, he's the perfect cross between all the best aspects of an incredible character!

Is it a wonder I like him so much? *Sigh* If only I could write an OC in one of my original works as powerful as dear Nightcrawler is...
