I think you did great!
I think that one of the toughest things to do when building a costuming is to mimic animated or drawn images with fabric. Comic book costumes don't have seams, aren't subject to gravity, and often are drawn on impossibly proportioned anatomy. So it's always impressive when I see someone pull of a costume based on a drawing.
Two more tough things are: using your own hair and glasses. The glasses you can't do anything about (unless you go with contacts) and I think you did a nice job with your own hair.
I practically lived in this costume for about a year:
I worked at a museum where costume characters roamed the main hall to promote a special exhibit on film props and costumes.
Here's my (very old) page that I used to update with progress pictures while I was working on it: http://homepage.mac.com/bohemian_junkie ... rawler.htm
The only problem with a costume like this is that it doesn't last forever. Latex prosthetic appliances dry and crack as they age so if I ever want to dress up as Nightcrawler again, I'll need to redo all those parts.
I have a lot of fond memories of being Nightcrawler. He's such a fun character so it's a great part to play. I'm sure you know what I mean.

Acctually, I was wearing a wig. (Just a very nice one!) It was sort of a pain to get my long hair tied up so it wouldn't make a wierd buldge when the wig came on!
And I love the way your gloves turned out in this pic! I wouldn't have had the guts to try to make gloves that look like real skin!

I didn't buy it. I made it. Try buying a plain black unitard on Amazon.com and sewing red fabric on it. The gloves and boots are a little harder, but you can look up patterns online.KURTLUVER123 wrote:nice where did u get the costume love it can u tell me where am try to canvince my mom so that i maybe kurt 4 halloween butlove it so cute and cool

A lot of movies and stories are based on real life...sooo does that mean it is possible for me to have a friend that is like JohnyLovely/PrinceNaveen/KurtWagner?!
