Name: Alisa Tager
Height: 5 feet 5 inches
Weight: 135 pounds
Eye Color: Hazel
Hair Color: Black, worn in dreadlocks
Powers/Abilities: Alisa has five notable abilities: Phasing, Invisibility, Telepathic Immunity, Inaudibility, and Flight. When phased she moves her atoms through those of other objects or people (though with people she does emit a bio-electric charge when passing through) and thus can walk through any solid object without harm to herself or it. She can also fly when phased. Her invisibility is much like Sue Storm’s in that she can render herself completely unseeable, but hasn’t demonstrated any ability to bend light or create forcefields. She can mask her voice to be audible only by those whom she chooses, or to be completely silent, and all of these powers function at will, though they do require her to concentrate a bit.Alisa can also hide herself from the majority of telepathically-inclined characters, meaning she can’t be felt in addition to not being seen. [glow]***This, however, is not a hard and fast rule and I’ll be figuring out who can and can’t sense her on a case-by-case basis out of character.*** [/glow]
Bio: Alisa grew up in Brooklyn, New York, so the whole scene of the city and the mutant population hasn’t escaped her notice. She pays attention more than you’d think for a nineteen-year-old girl, though she rarely speaks up on politics. She manifested her abilities as a mutant fairly young, though she told no one--since they could neither see nor hear her, her parents assumed she’d simply run away, and while they were worried a police missing persons report turned up nothing. She ‘returned’ unharmed a few days later, having forced herself out of the invisible state, and pretended she’d simply run away and had wanted to come home. Alisa is as yet unregistered as a mutant.
