I'm still amazed at folks who go out of their way to post things about how they won't be buying the book, and how it's going to be all this and all that, when it isn't even out yet!
I can understand feeling cyincal, but why bash something you haven't read? Who cares about what you're NOT going to buy?
All I know is that everyone working on Nightcrawler seems really excited about it, and that alone is going to give it drive.
Hi Darick, I just wanted to add my bit. I love your art,and while I love Chris (Claremont) writing my version of Nightcrawler, I am buying the series because you are doing the visual honours. I know I won't be disappointed.
And just for the record, I can't understand why anyone would waste thier time posting how much they hate and how badly something is going to suck, something that they haven't even looked at or read...Must be a lot of precogs out there, no?

Then after that you need to figure out how you feel about it you’re self. Something that I may not like may be wonderful for some one else, like cheese cake, I hate cheese cake.

Why are they complaining about something that hasn't even been released yet?! And why should we care about whether they're going to buy it or not? Do they think that they can get more people behind them, and that people will just say "Oh, I've been looking forward to this comic, but now I'm not going to get it, just because this person says so!"

It's like this one petition I saw that was is favor of banning manga and anime (never gonna happen), and about 4000 people signed it... To say how much they loved manga and anime!!! AAAA!!! STUPID, STUPID PEOPLE!!! They were all "OMG, you can't do this, I love anime so much and it's so cool!", and to get that point across, they were SIGNING the petition, so that their comments would be seen there!
...Okay, I'm not explaining this very well, and maybe it doesn't have a whole lot to do with the situation... Okay, none at all, really, but I felt like ranting about the stupidity of people. Including myself. Now where did my brain pills go...?

I'm sorry some people are being so negative Darick. It seems these days that we're not happy if we don't have anything to complain about.
I myself was not so sure about the premise of the book at first because I was hoping more for some good swashbuckling fun. But that doesn't mean I won't give it a chance. And I sincerely love your art, so the book already has a lot going for it, in my opinion.
